Making the decision to begin therapy can often be stressful; finding a therapist that is a good fit is an important step in improving one’s mental health. I strive to provide a safe and empathetic relationship where we can work together to develop positive coping skills, improve communication and decrease stressors that may be impeding happiness and general life satisfaction. My therapeutic approach is strengths based and client centered. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to make positive changes in sense of self, interactions within relationships and resiliency.

I received my Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 and obtained my PA clinical license in 2009. I’ve worked extensively with adults who are experiencing difficulties with moods or depression, relationship issues, perinatal and postpartum depression, challenging life transitions, stress, and a variety of other issues.
