Sometimes the hardest part of therapy is the setting up the first session, and I am here to ease you into the process. I feel honored when clients share their experiences in the intimate space of therapy, and I believe that each individual has a unique story that is worth sharing. Together, we will recognize the strengths you carry, and bring awareness to the challenges that may be impeding your happiness.
I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work with a clinical focus from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017 and was trained through a rigorous program at UPenn’s Counseling and Psychological Services. Though most of my work is with individual clients, I have experience leading group therapy for Graduate Women as well as people struggling with eating disorders. I have several years of experience working with individuals and groups in a variety of environments. I am also an in-home therapist working with children and their families in Delaware County.
I approach therapy primarily through a psychodynamic lens, and incorporate additional tools, such as mindfulness, CBT, and strengths-based perspective. I have had thorough training in mental health, eating disorders, life transitions and adjustments, anxiety and depression, with a focus on undergraduate and graduate college students. I value when my clients feel comfortable to share their experiences with me in our shared intimate setting of therapy, and I look forward to providing a welcoming space for you!
