I am extremely passionate about helping others overcome challenges in their lives and reach their fullest potential. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-esteem challenges and relationship issues. In my work with adolescents and adults, I utilize an eclectic, person-centered approach. This approach allows me to meet my clients where they are and enhance the strengths of each individual. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important element in my work with clients. My ability to forge this relationship, while providing a comfortable space for you to feel heard, respected and understood, will lead to therapeutic healing and growth.
I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from West Chester University and then received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 2013. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have gained eight years experience working as a Program Manager, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist and therapist in an outpatient facility with a diverse population. I look forward to working together with you!
