I am the managing director of Bloomgarden, Ostroff & Associates. In that role I participate in the overall operations of the practice as well as developing systems to keep our practice running smoothly.

I received my master’s degree in social work from Bryn Mawr College in 1999. I have focused my clinical work in the areas of eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and couples counseling. I have specialized training in DBT, EMDR, and EFT, and these approaches have informed my work. Beginning in 2009 I co-founded Bloomgarden, Ostroff & Associates, and maintained a private practice while helping the practice grow and flourish.

Currently, I focus on supporting our therapists to do their best work and helping the practice grow and evolve in the areas of cultural competence and best practices. I am very passionate about providing the healthiest and most productive environment for therapists and clients alike!!!!
