My approach to therapy is highly collaborative and strength-based, with a focus on setting goals, building coping skills, and tailoring interventions to support your individual needs. My goal is to support and encourage you to apply the skills learned in therapy to everyday life situations. In doing so, we can work together to gain new insight into patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve you.

I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University in 2013. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania with over 9 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting. I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief and loss, and trauma and stressor-related disorders.

I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and am currently completing requirements for Beck CBT Certification. In 2019, I became an approved provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). My therapeutic
approach also draws from modalities including: Psychodynamic, Trauma-Informed, Interpersonal, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I look forward to working with you!
