Life often presents us with challenges and sorrows that may begin to interfere with our daily routines. While we work to navigate these various difficulties, sometimes extra support can assist us in moving forward. I offer a supportive space for exploration into the ways we feel, think and move through the world. By utilizing a collaborative approach, I seek to integrate hope, growth, and encouragement in achieving personal goals. Through identifying patterns and giving language to personal experiences, we can find peace, empowerment and freedom.
I received my Master’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Pennsylvania. I work psycho-dynamically, with a client centered, strength- based approach. I believe that our experiences, both past and present, are fundamental to a greater understanding of ourselves. I have supported individuals with relationship difficulty, depression, anxiety, trauma, intimate partner violence, addictions, anger management, self-defeating behaviors, phobias, obsessive thoughts, grief/loss, sexuality and gender identity difficulty, career, or other life stressors.
I look forward to speaking with you and supporting you in a treatment plan that feels comfortable and reflective of your needs.
