I hope together we can create a safe space to explore life’s challenges, successes and everything in between. My approach to therapy is strengths based and integrative – we will aim to motivate change, overcome difficulties and raise awareness and acceptance of self through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and more. I recognize coming to therapy can be difficult, so I strive to provide a comfortable environment filled with empathy and support. I specialize in working collaboratively with young adults and adults experiencing a variety of challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, body image, eating disorders, unhealthy relationships and mood disorders.

I graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Behavioral Health Counseling in 2012. I then went on to receive a Masters in Social Work from West Chester University in 2016. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Pennsylvania. I have experience working in a variety of settings including inpatient, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), community mental health and outpatient. My work experience includes Horizon House, The Renfrew Center and Belmont Behavioral Hospital. I have worked with individuals, families and with psychotherapy groups. I look forward to working together!
