Kyle McGee

Beginning the therapeutic journey can be intimidating, yet one of my favorite aspects of therapy is getting to truly know my clients while gaining and earning their trust.  Whether you’re suffering from chronic issues, short term problems, or somewhere in between, we can work together collaboratively to handle life’s challenges. I value a therapeutic relationship in which you are in charge of your own destiny, and I am there so that we may work together towards your goals.  As a therapist I ensure I know and truly understand my clients so that they feel recognized and respected, while providing for a unique individualized and personalized journey.  I use a variety of methods to accomplish our work through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I graduated from West Chester University with a Master of Social Work Degree, and I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania.  I have experience working as a School Clinician, Trauma Focused Outpatient Therapist, and General Mental Health Therapist.  In my work I have focused on areas including relationship building, trauma, anxiety, adjustment, and depression.
No matter what circumstance has encouraged you to consider therapy, I will happily and readily work with you to lessen pain and suffering so that you may enjoy yourself while living a meaningful, purposeful life.
