I strive to create a trusting, genuine relationship between us to serve as the foundation to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors which influence the quality of your life and relationships. My goal is to co-create a space and time to dedicate to yourself to make helpful changes and let go of what is no longer working for you.

Along side our working relationship, I encourage exploration into issues, and their relationship to past experiences, that may be impacting you presently. If we are doing any trauma processing work together, I feel our relationship is central to doing that difficult work. I encourage you to show up will all parts of yourself, the ones that want to do that work and the ones that don't.

I hope to collaborate together to find effective skills to use in your daily life, to help you find some relief, and to develop a greater appreciation of the wonderful parts of yourself. In terms of my style, I work towards being warm, collaborative, direct, transparent, and continually curious about you and your experience.

I received a BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010. I earned my MS in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology in 2014 from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA and an EMDR Certified therapist. At the beginning of my career, I worked in a community mental health setting, providing individual outpatient services to adults before transitioning into private practice.  I provide individual therapy for adults to address difficulties related to trauma, relationship issues, communication difficulties, anxiety and stress, and depression.
