Melissa O’Neill

This is an important step towards living your best life. You may be struggling with  depression, anxiety, relationship problems, sexuality, grief, or trauma, and these issues could be holding you back from experiencing the healthy love, intimacy, and satisfying relationships that you deserve. Often times, it is something from your past that might be blocking your growth. And sometimes, due to these issues, you may be thinking and behaving in ways that no longer serve you.

One of my clinical strengths is establishing meaningful clinical relationships with authenticity, emotional safety, patience, and warmth.  I help clients engage and empower themselves, identify and dismantle unhealthy patterns, unpack shame, discover strengths and develop healthy coping strategies.

I graduated in 2005 from Villanova University with a Master’s of Science degree and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Over the past 17 years I have enjoyed working with individuals, couples, and families of diverse backgrounds. One of my areas of expertise is treating sex issues, sex addictions, and out of control sexual behaviors. I use a holistic approach including psychodynamic, CBT, mindfulness, and solution focused modalities when working with clients. I look forward to meeting you and finding solutions that work best for you.
