Our Current Groups

Eating Disorders Support Group

This group is for adults who have eating issues that get in the way of having the life that they want. In group, members will be challenged to make positive life changes, grow in relationships, and prioritize self care. This group is led by Allison Kessler and meets on:

Tuesdays 5:45pm

Women's Group

This group is for female, female identifying, and gender non-binary adults (ages 25-45) who are deep feelers, under stress, feel misunderstood by others, are caregivers trying to find balance in their lives, struggle with codependence, dependence or fear in relationships, or are looking to improve relationships with other women. This group is led by Allison Kessler and meets on:

Mondays 6:45 pm

Queer, Transgender, and Questioning Process Group

This group is for individuals (ages 18-45) who are questioning sexual orientation and/or gender identity, wanting to process coming out experience(s) or trauma related to identity, connect with other members of the larger LGBTQ+ community, and  process other life issues with a group of people within the same community We will challenge each other to make positive life changes, grow in relationships, and take care of ourselves. This group is led by El McCabe, Ph.D. and meets on:

Tuesdays 6:30pm

DBT skills group for LBGTQ+ Folx

This group is for individuals (ages 20-40) who struggle with emotion regulation, want to incorporate mindfulness practice into their life, want to learn distress tolerance skills, and want to improve their relationships with themselves and others. This group wil incorporate skills from all four pillars of DBT but  is not a "manualized"  skills group. Phone coaching isn't offered as part of this group.

* Each member must have an indvidual therapist and agree for Dr. McCabe to collaborate with that person.

These groups are led by El McCabe, PH.D and meet on:

Wednesdays 5:30pm, Thursdays 5:30 pm
