I believe every person deserves to create a meaningful and content life. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where we can address your individual needs as a team. I operate from a strengths-based, harm reduction perspective and I strongly believe in principles of self determination and social justice.

My areas of expertise include but are not limited to: anxiety and depression, stress management, life transitions, addictions, addressing grief and loss, and issues specific to LGBTQIA+ populations. I’ve worked in variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric care, mobile outpatient therapy and substance use program, and community health care.

I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park. I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University 2009 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania.
