I am the administrative and billing specialist at Bloomgarden, Ostroff & Associates. I assist clients with health insurance-related issues, credit card payments, or any other non-clinical concerns that might arise. I'm also actively involved in team efforts to improve the overall operations of the practice.
I received a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2011. While there, I studied Journalism and Communications Media.
I have over 6 years of experience in medical billing and my goal is to help aid in the billing process so that it creates the best experience possible for the client. I enjoy helping people and my focus is to offer support to both our therapists and clients, as well as engaging in healthy, open communication.
