Our past experiences impact our lives in the present moment and inform our expression of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Structuring therapy through a holistic model that centers the client as the expert of their own life, I work with a variety of issues including, unprocessed trauma, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, extreme states of consciousness, grief and loss, life transitions, addiction, and gender and sexual identity. I also work with clients who identify as artists and are struggling with creative blocks or stressors related to this lifestyle.
I practice therapy using a psychodynamic and relationally focused framework, using the lens of social justice, anti-capitalism, and intersectional feminist theory to guide my therapeutic style. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trained in EMDR therapy. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania with 10 years of experience in the field.
