Everyone struggles at one time or another with life’s challenges. Therapy can help you navigate those challenges and put you on a path towards self-understanding, well-being and success. As a strengths based and solutions focused therapist, I’ll help you identify and tap into your unique inner strengths to empower you to achieve your goals and improve emotional health . Working together in a non-judgemental, collaborative space we’ll help you build confidence, minimize stress and overcome fear, self-doubt, feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I’ll support and guide you towards understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors impact your life choices and how you can overcome obstacles
I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over five years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, stress, and a variety of other issues. I have experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths Perspective, and mindfulness based practices.
