I work with a compassionate mindset and will meet you where you are, guiding you through whatever challenges life is bringing you at this moment. I focus on the relationship we will build together in areas such as general life changes, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and womens' issues. I draw from different frameworks in my work and I cater them to fit your needs, mostly operating from a relational orientation. I am trained in Mindfulness and Buddhist Psychology and have a passion for social justice.

I look forward to learning more about you, what makes you unique, what cultivates joy, and how to support you to live more authentically. I believe that you, and all of us, deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

I received my master's degree in social work from New York University in 2007 and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of outpatient settings using cognitive behavioral techniques, psychodynamic and supportive counseling models.
