Lisa Stepelevich

I strive to create a trusting, genuine relationship to serve as the foundation to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors which influence the quality of your life and relationships. My goal is to create a space and time to dedicate to yourself to make helpful changes and let go of patterns that are not working for you. We can collaborate to find effective skills to use in your daily life. I hope to help you find some relief and a greater confidence in your ability to manage difficult experiences. Along side practicing these skills, we can address deeper issues related to past experiences that may be impacting you presently. I provide individual therapy for adults to address difficulties related to trauma, relationship issues, communication difficulties, anxiety and stress, and depression.

I received a BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010. I went on to earn my MS in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology in 2014 from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA and an EMDR trained therapist. I have primarily worked in a community mental health setting, providing individual outpatient services to adults with a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and interpersonal difficulties.
