Some of our most difficult times are also our greatest opportunities for growth and healing. It can be challenging and rewarding to make changes in your life and in your relationships. My therapeutic focus is on you and your unique perception of your daily life and surrounding environment. With a combination of creativity, mindfulness, and talk therapy, together we can work to promote a better understanding of emotions and a stronger sense of self.

I am a board certified art therapist and licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I practice psychotherapy in the Greater Philadelphia Area and have experience helping adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, and managing the stressors of everyday life. I completed my Bachelors of the Arts in Psychology at Temple University and went on to receive my Master of the Arts at Drexel University, specializing in Creative Arts Therapy and Counseling.

I seek to create an environment of warmth, acceptance, and at times humor, while building a therapeutic relationship. It is not required that you have any experience with art making to meet with me and using art-based inventions is always optional.
