My focus is fostering the therapeutic relationship through a client-centered, strength-based approach to therapy. I collaborate with clients towards personal healing and growth from difficult situations. My experience includes working in a variety of settings with individuals, couples, and families spanning an array of challenges including: depression, anxiety, stress, trauma recovery, managing emotions, relationship conflict, and life transitions. My approach is to support clients in gaining insight and understanding that empowers change.
I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Counseling and Family Therapy Program at Drexel University. In 2010, I graduated from Roosevelt University Chicago with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. In 2014, I received my Ph.D. in Couple and Family Therapy from Saint Louis University.
