Stacia Wilkins

My passion is to empower you to live your best life as your best self and to help you heal from anything that prevents you from experiencing this. Whether it be life transitions, depression, low self-esteem, relationships,  past trauma, sexual abuse, strategizing in leadership, dealing with racial microaggressions, or stress disrupting your life, we will work together to identify the root cause, develop tools, and implement strategies to overcome your issues of concern.

I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University in 2019. I received my Masters in Counseling from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in Nyack, NY in 2005 and my Masters in Divinity in 2012 from the Alliance Theological Seminary. I am licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over 15 years of experience providing therapy and administrative services in outpatient, inpatient, religious and community-based settings. I do mostly individual therapy, but also enjoy group work, leadership mental health consulting, and providing clinical supervision to clinicians seeking licensure.

My approach to therapy is eclectic, which includes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative and Gestalt Therapy. I also utilize a psycho-spiritual approach to help interested clients to delve deeper into themselves to discover meaning and life purpose. I look forward to growing with you!
