I am the Collections & Administrative Specialist at Bloomgarden, Ostroff & Associates. I work closely with insurance companies, clinicians, and clients to resolve issues with claims and collections. I am also here to help improve processes, troubleshoot problem areas, and simplify systems so our team can work as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I enjoy being able to learn from others, as well as help in any way I can.
I received a BS in Elementary Education and a MEd with a Reading Specialist concentration from West Chester University. I have over 15 years of experience in administrative management, client services, and IT support. Prior to joining Bloomgarden, Ostroff & Associates I worked in various healthcare settings, including outpatient mental health.
